Nicks, cuts, or crimps shall not reduce the cross sectional area of the bonding wire more than 25 percent.
Cracks shall not reduce the cross sectional area of the bonding wire more than 25 percent.
Scoring shall not reduce cross sectional area of the bonding wire more than 25 percent.
Neckdown shall not reduce the cross sectional area of the bonding wire more than 25 percent.
Cracks shall not extend over 25 percent of the way through the heel area.
